Zane Grey RV Village

We were in an RV. Park staff were very nice and facilities were extremely nice. We are dog lovers, and the dog run was very nice and clean. It is a no frills park ( no pool, pickleball, etc) which really fits our lifestyle as they have nice trails and several small diversion items. We have been RVing for a almost 60 years and I would rate this park in top 10 easily.

We have stayed here many times over the years, first in a truck camper and now in a motorhome. I am always excited to return to one of my favorite R V parks anywhere. The mature trees are magnificent! Each site feels private, and the park is kept quite clean. A good sized dog park gives my doodle dog lots of running room, often with playmates. Colorful night lighting complements walks after dark. The hiking trail along the creek provides an even more natural experience. Nearby amenities and the surrounding Central Arizona countryside make Zane Gray a delightful getaway.

We absolutely love this park. I was a little concerned at first about being so close to the roadway and expected more noise, but the other reviews were right — it’s incredibly quiet. Even in the winter, the park feels magical. The atmosphere and neighbors are friendly throughout, and the bathrooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen in any Arizona RV park. The service was outstanding as well. From coffee and donuts on Saturdays and they fill propane tanks on-site for a very reasonable price! One of the employees even saw me removing my large tank to drive it up front. He immediately offered to take it for me, filled it using the golf cart, and brought it right back. They even charged it to my card on file, which made the whole process effortless. The park also has direct access to clear-wate

Very quite secluded off the highways and interstates. Close (1 &1/2 hours most) to many monuments, parks and hiking trails and NP. Sodona, Prescott and Flagstaff all within 45 minutes. Has lots of mature trees on the property and spots are not on top of each other. Very well maintained and has a lot to offer at the park for kids to enjoy. Only downer was no fire pit but if you have a propane one you can use it on site. They offer one community fire pit for gathering spot for campers. On site river with fishing allowed.

It was our first go at camping and ZG did not disappoint. Beautiful RV Site!! CLEAN bathrooms, large shower stalls, Fantastic Customer Service. They respond promptly either by text or phone. Family-friendly and just a wonderful all around experience. I would definitely go again and recommended ZG to many.
