Verde Ranch RV Resort

Stayed in a premier cabin. Was disappointed in the layout on how small and tight it was. No table or chairs only 4 tv trays to eat on and a picnic table outside. One day it was a little too windy to eat outside. No counter space to put meals together. It came with a microwave and a 2-burner cooktop. No ice cube trays that would have been nice to have. Other items like toaster, blender were too high for me to reach in the upper cabinets. Other resorts that I've stayed in their cabins were laid out much better and had more counter space to prep a meal. I wouldn't stay here at a cabin again.||But the grounds were clean, and it was quiet. The dog park, clubhouse, etc was wonderful.

What a wonderful RV resort. We’ve only been here a few days of our months long trip and we’re in love. Everyone has been so kind and polite including the neighbors. You can tell everyone is having a great time and enjoying themselves by the happy demeanors. Spots are large and they’ve got a way to stay for anyone, from big rigs like ours to tents and cabins. The clubhouse is clean and comfortable with an amazing assortment of entertainment plus a great heated pool and 2 hot tubs! Multiple dog parks A great playground for the kids Pickleball and tennis courts Splash pad and more We’ve been staying outside of Sedona every winter for years and wish we would have come here sooner! Catch us here from now on

We stayed at an RV site, very spacious. The grounds were pleasing, amenities were fantastic. Enjoyed evening hot tubs in the cooler weather. We also enjoyed meeting fellow RV kindred spirits. We especially appreciate meeting 2 staff members, Quinn with a very happy and warm welcome. Kevin the night maintenance fellow, thoroughly impressed with his ability to connect with the guests. If you want to sleep at night, DON'T stay at this RV park! It's right on the interstate and the truckers all use their jake-brakes while coming down the mountain. On weekends, especially holidays, its even worse! The space they put me in was too narrow for my truck and 29 ft travel trailer to be parked side by side. It's overpriced for what you get. The park itself is clean, great amenities, great staff, just lousy location. There is ZERO shade or trees up on the main section of the park. Which was another deal-breaker for me. I'm a full time RVer now- (until I manifest another ranch) I need trees- and not to feel boxed in. This isn't their fault. I moved to their competition on the other side of Camp Verde and am very happy here. Still some noise from the hwy - but at least I can sleep at

The clubhouses are extremely nice as well as the pool and hot tub area. The laundry is very clean and all machines were working, not a fan of card system used to wash clothes though. Would definitely stay here again.
