Yuma’s Own Little Campland

We loved our stay, the hosts were very accommodating. We were traveling and put in campgrounds on route, didn't realize you were supposed to make reservations online. Keith helped us make the reservation while we were at the camp. Very clean spot, and very quiet, which surprised us, being so close to other houses. They offer laundry as well! They are set up for 50 amp service, so you will need an adapter. They only have 4 sites, so I do suggest making reservations online, we just got lucky! Unfortunately it was 110 when we got there, so I didn't take any pictures.

Beware of these “landowners” These people are something rude! I have stayed several nights this year here and never once had any issues. I would only usually pay for a night or two at a time. The one time I book for a week and they cancel my reservation, I had my travel trailer on site for about a week at this point only paying a night or two at a time. I ended up paying for a week and that’s when things get to be interesting. The lot owners are rude people they talk as if they are above people. My advice only pay for a night or two at a time. Hipcamp was the service I used. “They are trash” and they are staying the refund for the $172 and change is upon the owner of the lot to refund per policy. I was on. The site they cancelled it stating that I cancelled the reservation as a mistake.

Stayed for four days very quite area. Very clean.

Great stay. Easy in and out. Touch base with them prior to arrival because GPS directions from website is off, but they responded quickly and got us on our way to the correct address. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Great little spot. Paved patio area. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping areas. Would come back again.
