Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Yuma

Only stayed for 1 night, but it was good. location is great. right next to the highway, but i couldn’t personally hear it that well. it does say breakfast not included but there is a small, yogurt, muffins and coffee, breakfast included. room was very clean. my only complaint is the people above us must be preparing for a marathon because they just kept running back and forth on the floor all night, but that has nothing to do with the hotel! hotel staff are all very nice. they also let me check in 10 minutes early, so i appreciate them not being super strict with that.

This property only just opened a few weeks ago. Very nice mini kitchenette. The room itelf was a bit minamilistic. Somewhat sterile and sparse. Hanging clothes open to the room, with cubby holes for folded clothes. (No closet) , USB chargers in bedside lamps are only functional when lamp is turned on. Our kingsize bed was wonderful. Very comfortable! As this is an extended stay style hotel don't expect even a continental breakfast. They host what's called a "grab and go." Miniature sugary granola bars, instant oatmeal packages and prepackaged tiny muffins. They do serve real drip coffee (which is a plus) , but don't expect real milk or cream, just the sugary fake creamer.

Friendly Staff! The best service! Clean rooms! Great location! Breakfast is not eggs & bacon; it's basic on-the-go. Most of these brands are like this. So, people, when booking, you should know the facts—I heard some Karens talking. Nonetheless, great Hotel!

It was nice because it was new but the beds were uncomfortable, no one ever cleaned the room, they only clean it if you stay more than a week! We had to take out our own garbage and anything you want you have to get yourself at the desk. They will not bring you anything! Even cheap motels clean your room and bring you what you need. I will never stay there again.

Stopped here for one night on our trip from Tucson, AZ to LA, CA. We were very pleased with our stay here. Maribel and Ariana made us feel welcomed. The hotel was very clean. I was surprised everything seemed brand new. Come to find out they just opened a week ago. I would definitely stay here again.
