KOFA Ko-op Retreat

Spacious lots, sparkling pool, paved roads. So much to do! Games, shuffle board, pickle ball,water aerobics,billards yoga and more! Food! Potlucks, ice cream socials, eating out. Like summer camp for seniors. But best of all is the people! Friendly and helpful. A great place to stop by or spend the winter.

Friendly Escapee park, has hot tub and pool and pickleball and laundry. Also there are lots of activities (cards, water aerobics, yoga, ice cream social, potlucks, etc), if you get bored, it's your own fault 😀

Looks like a ghost town. Was just saying that in the off season it's very quiet and not a lot of people Here. Not a bad thing, this is actually a really really nice place . Love the peacefulness and the open clear skies at night. Ive somewhat adopted this place just as the people here have welcomed me and did the same! Anyone that has the ch@nce should stay here and enjoy all the amenities that most places never think do. Offer their guests.

Great place in AZ. Friendly staff and members. Clean with pool and hot tub. Close to the Mexican dentists.

Friendly staff and very well maintained, beautiful park. The folks who stay here for the season treat short term campers like friends. Nice clubhouse with pool tables and lots of activities. Well stocked book and video libraries. Very large dog walk. Oh yeah, a great pool and spa as well!
