Rancho Rialto Manufactured Home and RV Resort

This is our first season in our fifth wheel here at Rancho Rialto. We love it here! We visited friends who winter here in last February and checked out several parks in Yuma. The park is maintained so well, has very spacious sites and the staff goes above and beyond. The pool/hot tub area is really nice and we enjoy it almost daily. We have had so much fun getting to know people from all over the country and Canada during the many activities throughout the month or just hanging out by the pool or on our daily walks. We’ve made so many new friends! There is always something to do and you can participate as much or as little as you like. We especially enjoy the tribute bands throughout the season. Nice place with large spaces. It's not cheap at $700 a month but most folks were friendly and there are a lot of activities to participate in. Concert at least monthly, dinners, gatherings often, side by side club that goes out each week and goes all over the area. We'll likely be back this winter and be much more prepared. This was our first winter out of the snow.

The office personnel has very little "people skills " and one in particular needs to change her attitude. I wish we had never bought in here and we may not stay.They allow dirt buggies of all kinds, motorcycles, kayaks, canoes, jeeps and all kinds of a.t.v's but when they saw my little 14ft aluminum boat parked on my own lot you would think I committed murder. They really need to make some rule changes and the manager agrees but I assume the owner doesn't know that kayaks, paddle boats and canoes are also considered as boats.

Rancho Rialto RV Park is a high end park. I attended a Saturday Jam session from 1-4pm . The people were friendly, happy and outgoing. Also, there was a lot of talented musicians. Walking into the Recreation/Ballroom I passed full sized tennis courts, large pool , a room to play table pool(at least 3tables) and spacious areas to relax. The park itself was immaculate. This park can convince the snow Bird to be a local.... I Highly Recommend this place

We have owned since 2011 and have quite enjoyed our winter park home in Rancho Rialto Manufactured Home and RV Park. Ken, Renee ,Vicki and Armondo do an excellent job at their administrative positions and maintaining the park! Ken is up before sunrise checking and maintaining the park and keeping it safe! We highly recommend this friendly community foothills park with their many activities.
