We had a wonderful stay! We stayed in the green unit and would definitely stay again. Much more space than a hotel room. Loved having laundry, a large dining table and games for the kids to play. Amy is a wonderful host!

It is what it is. If you are a group of young adults looking to party, and walk across the street to the park, this is great. If you are a family looking for a fun, clean getaway with young children.... look elsewhere. The Gingerbread House is a converted retail space into a living quarters. It sleeps 12, has large dining room table which is very nice to have. Forget trying to watch TV as a group. They have a two seat couch front and center to the tv on the wall. Everyone else has to sit in dining table chairs. The ant/roach traps in every corner of every room is a little off putting. Toddlers find them very interesting. The pics of the place are misleading. Everything bad has been cropped out. We stayed two nights, didnt have a window dressing on the front door, so we hing a
