Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had — and I travel extensively across the United States. I have stayed in hotels in almost every state, and I have never experienced anything like this. I booked and fully paid for a Presidential Suite. Upon arrival, I was checked into a standard King Room. When I returned to the front desk to explain that this was clearly a mistake, the receptionist was literally eating chips at the desk and dismissively told me, “No, it’s your room.” I calmly explained again that I had booked a Presidential Suite, not a standard room. She then claimed that the hotel “does not have any presidential suites” and that I would be staying in that standard room. That is unacceptable. You cannot sell a room category that you claim does not exist. When I requested

I booked this location and my flight landed extremely early. I needed a room immediately to get tasks done before an extremely important event. John was extremely accommodating ensuring I was able to get a room and provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. John went above and beyond to ensure my requests were met and demonstrated all of the great qualities of an amazing employee.

Front desk staff John was amazing!! Super friendly staff, clean, and recently updated rooms. I am very choosey about cleanliness and I would recommend. Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport also.

Positive: Staff was friendly and the banquet facilities were good. Food was also good. Negative: We were there for 3 nights for a conference. We complained about the water level in the toilet being too high. This never got fixed. No TV until 10 pm the night before we checked out. Never got housekeeping. Complained about the flies in the room.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Indianapolis Airport (Dec 29, 2025 checkout). If you need a reliable spot near the airport, this is it—the shuttle was prompt and the location is ideal. The hospitality was just as impressive as the convenience. Brittany was fantastic! She greeted me very well and ensured I was taken care of throughout my stay. Great job to the team!
