Boone Docks On River Bed

An adorable B & B about a 5 minute drive from downtown Broadripple! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable with your own private bathroom! The outdoor space is beautiful and peaceful. We had a delicious breakfast with the most amazing crescent rolls.

My wife and I stayed at the Boone Docks for a weekend in November. The location is great if you're looking to spend your time in Broad Ripple - it's only a mile away, so definitely walkable in nice weather. It's also very close to the Monon Trail if you're into cycling or jogging. I'd love to go back in the summer or fall when the weather is more agreeable - they also have a nice deck overlooking the river that would be wonderful for breakfast in the summertime.||The B&B is actually the walk-out basement of a very nice Tudor-style home just off the river. You have your own key and your own entrance, so you don't have to worry about disturbing the nice couple that runs the B&B. I've stayed three times at Boone Docks and have been very comfortable. The room is large, a little froufrou for some tastes but very pleasant. The innkeeper was warm and welcoming and Bear, the resident dog was a treat. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. It was nice having a separate entrance and yet also being connected to the upstairs. The home is lovely and the yard, running down to the river, was stunning. One morning we ate out on the patio and that was fun, looking out over the river.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June. The location was perfect since my High School Reunion was at The Willows, just a few blocks away. Lynne was a perfect hostess. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations over breakfast. The room has a separate entrance from their house. Included with the room is a refrigerator, wifi, breakfast, hair dryer, plus. The bedroom is beautifully decorated. Lynne & Mike have thought of everything as the B&B is well supplied with anything you might need including a hand mirror. The bathroom is a nice size with a walk-in shower, big soft towels, lotions, etc. Lots of reading material & information about the local area is available in the room. The back yard extends to the White River which runs through Indianapolis. The yard & flowers are well maintained

Wonderful location with a beautiful view. The room is comfortable with all the amenities needed for a nice weekend. Close to great restaurants and Keystone Fashion Mall. Save your money and skip the expensive Airbnb/Hotels. The owners are professional and very nice.
