Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Indianapolis South Greenwood

Aireyana at the front desk set the tone for my stay. The level of service she and the rest of the staff provided from the second I walked in the door was amazing. I highly recommend staying at this facility. Thank you to her and the staff for making this a great stay for me and my family. Josh was great with my kids and family. He made sure everyone had what they needed and was patient and kind. Even though it was busy he always took care of us. I cannot say enough about the staff here.

Good hotel, good room. It appears to be relatively new. The breakfast is getting pretty bad at these places though. It was barely adequate. The glaring issue was the toaster. No knobs, so burnt toast. The shower head in our suite was loose, and I advised the front desk of both.

The Hampton Greenwood hotel team is top notch. We stay here regularly when we visit our adult children. The front desk associate, Josh is always so welcoming. It is nice to be greeted with a familiar face. The cook is excellent and warmly greets everyone good morning. He makes everyone feel right at home. The cleaning staff does a super job keeping everything tidy. What this team has is priceless. Thank you for making us feel like we matter.

Very well kept, clean hotel. The room was perfect, the beds were very comfortable and my whole family enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast was amazing! The pool was a little cool for us and the staff tried to turn it up but we decided to get out. All the staff was very accommodating and super friendly, especially Jordan at the front desk. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great one night stay at this location on our way back north from Atlanta. Front desk staff was friendly and professional, the room was very clean and quiet, they have excellent blackout blinds which is always a major plus for us. And their free breakfast was warm, fresh and delicious. An easy 5 star rating for this hotel and we’ll be back. Also a plus was the amount of restaurants nearby.
