Hampton Inn and Suites Indianapolis West Speedway

Very friendly staff, gave great recommendations of places to eat and what to see! The hotel was incredibly clean. I think we consistently saw people cleaning constantly and asking if we needed anything! |Definitely recommend this hotel! Speedway is a cute town and it’s only 20min from downtown so easy to get to and from!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I especially want to recognize Johnette at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and that I felt taken care of throughout my stay.||It’s clear that Johnette truly cares about guests and takes pride in her work—her positive attitude and attention to detail made a real difference and set the tone for a great experience. Customer service like hers is what makes a hotel memorable.||I would absolutely stay here again and hope Johnette gets the recognition she deserves. Highly recommend!

Positive: Cleanliness and modern rooms; no dust, no mold in shower. Also liked the convenience of having microwave and fridge in three room, with the option to go to lobby for a warm breakfast. Negative: I waited @ 20 minutes to checkout/checkin, as an elderly person needed detailed assistance with making reservations. Another person came 5-10 minutes after me. When it was my turn, I was asked if it was ok if they checked in the guy behind me. I left.

We were really happy with our stay for an athletic event. The room was spacious (mobility - though not requested), clean and receptionist was great. The breakfast was good as well with scones, mini muffins, bagels, cereals, waffles + toppings, fruit, juices, omelets, sausage, potatoes, breads and yogurt. ||They worked with us on a need to depart early due to bad winter weather coming in to avoid getting stuck. ||There is a mexican restaurant in front of the hotel, an Aldi sort of behind it as well as a Freddy’s. Across the intersection are more food choices such as Chipotle, Burger King and others. It’s a short drive to the Speedway and maybe 20 minutes to Indiana University. ||No regrets staying here. Be advised at the time of our visit policy is room service/cleaning eve

Our family stayed here during our travel. It was a quick stay. Ericca was so nice. She greeted the kiddos too! She was very knowledgeable of the area for places to eat and things to do. The hotel was very clean! We loved the coffee bar, Hot & fresh! We'll be back.
