Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

Great first experience and I look forward to coming back. Nice, clean, spacious rooms with everything you need including comfortable bed with good pillows. The light bulbs in every lamp were extremely bright and need to be replaced with a much lighter bulb wattage. Huge TV, big closet. Bathroom was nice with very soft towels. Pretty good view of the Horseshoe Falls, Fallsview Casino, the bridge to US. I can't wait to try the restaurants next stay, including the Steakhouse. Very cool hotel

The hotel was exceptional. The family suite was spacious and well kept. We did not get much of a Falls view from the 8th floor but the receptionist was apologetic. Daily housekeeping was a surprise. The nespresso machine took me a while to figure out. The tastes were decadent. The restaurants in the hotel are pricey, even IHOP. Watch out for the two types of taxes plus gratituity. The $35 a night parking lot was across the street. You have to talk in the snow, or rain to and from your vehicle. Overall we had a great stay and we feel we got our monies worth.

Spent this past weekend at this hotel and wouldn’t go back. The parking lot staff aren’t helpful at all and the hotel needed an update 10 years ago. Our bathroom door was completely scratched up and I felt like we booked a random cheap motel. I paid for an upgraded jacuzzi room and it was half the size of our friend’s base room. Although both rooms had everything crammed so tight it was disappointing. Can barely get in the shower without hitting the toilet! I loved how it’s connected to so much, but the prices from parking to ihop, and both steak places are outrageous. $160 meal for 4 at ihop?? I won’t stay here again. I don’t mind spending money, but the room quality was terrible and I got very little value for the money I spent. Heck parking was $300 for 3 days!

Great location but a few annoyances. Covered walkway for indoor access to fallsview casino, OLG stage, and many restaurants. Shower water not hot. Heating fan loud. Outdoor parking lot across busy street.

We stayed at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel during a busy tournament weekend with many families and children staying in the building. The location itself is excellent — having restaurants, the Fun Zone, and the casino connected to the hotel without needing to go outside is very convenient. Check-in and check-out were also smooth and efficient. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by significant issues with the building facilities. Several elevators were out of service or malfunctioning during our stay, which resulted in very long wait times for guests trying to move between floors. Because of this, many guests began using the stairwells instead. Unfortunately, the stairwell conditions were extremely slippery. Due to the cold outdoor temperatures combined with the heat inside
