Butterfly Manor

This was our first time at Niagara Falls. Butterfly Manor was wonderful. Our host Ted and his wife went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best. They gave us info on what to do around the area. The room was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Ted's wife is a great cook. They even got up early, 5am, to cook breakfast before our 13 hour drive home. They deserve 20 stars.

Can't rate it highly enough. It was so clean, all the layers of sheets were clean, under the mattress as well (I had just cancelled my stay somewhere else due to how dirty it was, so I checked everything). The host that day was super nice and accommodating. It was so quiet and peaceful there, it felt like I was in another world. The hot breakfast was amazing, everything was available to me despite being the only guest that day (I had requested vegetarian and was very happy with it). You can walk or take the bus directly to the falls. And yes, everything is butterfly themed 🦋

Great place to stay. The price was reasonable, parking great, rooms great. No complaints whatsoever. Met the owner there as we arrived and was given an upgraded room (we reserved 2). Both rooms were comfortable, clean, etc. Full breakfast was included which was hearty and the cook (the owner) urged us to have more. Parking is slightly tight but well organized so this was a non-issue.||PRO TIP: Park here and save some cash and walk back to the falls and downtown. The simple walk is 10m-15m and very safe. They are asking $36 (cdn) to park at the Falls which is a ripoff. There are many lots around and all charge, however in town they are less. ||We would definitely stay here again.

Owners went out of their way to be accommodating and to make sure everything was wonderful during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Double room was perfect for our family, and it had a clean private bathroom. Location was great - it was not right in the middle of all the noise and action, but it was on a quiet corner and was still within a five to ten minute drive of everything. We loved it!
