Sterling Inn & Spa

Had a one-night getaway here in December and absolutely loved it! Highly recommend. From the moment we arrived, the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, instantly putting us in a great mood. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully set up. The fireplace, tub, and shower were all great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We especially loved having breakfast in bed and being able to choose exactly when it was delivered. I’d also like to thank Nicole at the spa, who gave me my first facial and made it such a memorable experience. She made me feel completely at ease the entire time, and the added massage and foot scrub were a lovely bonus. Overall, a beautiful,

Really nice rooms, very spacious. Really wished they didn't turn the A/C off for the season. (Or atleast note that somewhere visible before we booked the room!) Room was stuck at about 74 degrees fahrenheit !! Breakfast in bed was really good quality food. I would stay again when the AC is back on.

This is a wonderful hotel. With just over 40 rooms it is a quiet retreat. The staff were friendly, the room we had was spacious and cozy at the same time and it's location walling distance from the Clifton Hill area is great. The hotel itself has some historic charm, being an old creamery. We took advantage of the on-site spa for a couples massage.

Front desk was efficient, polite, and very helpful.|Definitely our favorite location, away from all the hustle and bustle of the main strip. We walked to the Festival of lights and Fireworks, casino, restaurants and bars.|Breakfast every morning a bonus. They totally accommodated our dietary needs with quality alternatives.|Jura espresso machine in the lobby and lemon water was a pleasant surprise.|The gym was clean and machines in working order. Looks like it was recently updated.|Looking forward to staying at Sterling Inn & Spa on our next visit to Niagara.

Loved our stay, did not want to leave! Rooms are so spacious, the bed is so comfortable, and the steam shower was amazing! Loved the breakfast in bed. Loved all the little details like slippers, robes, and free coffee/tea. Well located. The service is very friendly. I’ve stayed at alot of different hotels in Niagara over the years but this one is the best.
