Falls Avenue Resort

Fun family time with relaxing time. Safe and clean environment at good cost. Too much cloring smell and fume in atmosphere cause burning sensation for which need a breathing room.

the service here was horrible and the cleanliness was offensive. the men that work for the parking garage are extremely rude. i caught one of them checking out my under age sister and made sure to call him out on it. people that work here have no customer service skills. the towels are always sticky and our room had no conditioner when checking in. our fridge i’m not sure if we were neglected as guests because we were asian, but we definitely sensed a lot of hostility. this resort wasn’t even busy this week given that we intentionally came during the slow season. this is genuinely the worst hotel i have ever stayed at.

Would have been excited if my view was as pictured of hotel. We had nice room and the resort activities you had to ask for but then they ran out of booklet. The breakfast allows for 2 adult but we had child that did not eat buffet and manager was very helpful. If you book 2 adults 2 children seem the resort could come up with a reasonable price. Free banquet for 2 adults but leave out kids? Those who participated in breakfast really enjoyed the food selection and service.

Great place to spend a couple days with young kids during the cold winter. Tourist traps exist, just be aware

It was sooooo much fun my kids loved it but make sure to bring slip/Waterpark shoes bc my daughter fell and hit her head but otherwise it's a great place
