What a fantastic stay. The rooms that I had was in Tower B and with a fantastic balcony view to the Sky Tower, the ferry’s wheel. It was absolutely a great place to book based on the location. The falls were at walking distance. All the staffs- at the check - the room service everyone was very friendly and polite. There was micro fridge coffee maker inside the room. Although I had to get plates and crockery for the food that I ordered for lunch/dinner.

The rooms were okay, basic but serviceable for a short stay. However, the WiFi was a complete letdown. I only needed it in an emergency, but I couldn’t even connect at all, which was incredibly frustrating. If you rely on internet access for anything important, don’t expect it to work here. The restroom setup was also underwhelming, it felt cramped and reminded me more of an RV bathroom than a hotel. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but the poor WiFi and disappointing bathroom experience made it hard to justify more than 2 stars. It's in a walkable distance from Falls (about 15 mins)

Beware of the cleaning crew they steal my necklace worth 2.5k+usd Called the OFFICE, and they said they can't do anything because they can't/ don't have the right to ask the Asian lady.. She entered the room 2 minutes after I left... We give a description who entered the room and they can't do anything. Not even ask her. Be careful.. unprofessional people.. Office lady didn't care either. We had to call them for 3 days just to get an answer..

Everything felt so nice recommended for family vacations kept nice and clean

Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days.. so if you want it before that, you have to request. Parking is $30 a night, but with taxes + fees it’s $37. While we were there they slipped notes under the door both notes letting us know the water would be shut off both days for majority of the days. So call ahead and ask if that is going to happen if you plan on showers/ washing hands/ brushing teeth anytime.
