Location and the room I was in was amazing, I did not drive so no headache about parking but the Lyfts for me were cheap since everything was nearby. Francis greeted and welcomed me he was totally amazing, however I can’t say the same for the other staff members that were present during my check out on a Saturday morning. I was incredibly sick, could barely even talk, the lady was VERY unwelcoming and looked annoyed by me even though I didn’t even ask her to do anything really. She gave me an uncomfortable glare the entire time I was up front to the point where I just waited for my ride by the elevators to avoid it. This was my first visit at this hotel. From the outside, it doesn't look very appealing but it's actually a very nice, 4-star hotel. We were greeted by the valet person and he was very helpful. We had a smooth check-in, the lobby was a sparkling area with lots of seating. We hallways to the room was clean, the rooms was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable, nice pillows and a nice bathroom. The room had a coffee maker and a refrigerator; a microwave was available in the area with the ice machine. This restaurant had a restaurant, which I was surprised to see and they were open for breakfast and dinner. My husband and I did breakfast and had the buffet. It was OUTSTANDING! From the moment we arrived, the front desk experience set a negative tone. The clerk immediately asked why we would choose to come to Atlanta when there were “so many better places,” which was unprofessional and unnecessary. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The shower floor was visibly dirty, to the point that I had to place a towel on the floor just to shower. During check-in, I was never given a total and was simply told to “go ahead and swipe.” After three attempts, my debit card was locked by my bank. Only then did the clerk disclose that the total was $375 more than what was advertised on the website. I understand hotels place a hold (typically around $200), but this amount was far beyond what was expected or explained. Additionally, parking cost

Nice clean hotel. I was there for a conference over a Friday Saturday and Sunday. Evidently there was an issue with their HVAC system and the original conference room we were in was too warm and they were very responsive in moving us. Same issue in my room but it was a cool weekend so I just turned the thermostat off and open the slide our door. Some other folks that were part of my conference however didn't have a slider door option and complained about the climate control. Other than that good service, good hotel and very responsive.

Positive: The location cause the mall was across the street. The staff was nice willing to help. Negative: One of our rooms was at the end of the hall and around the corner like a closet not like a room. It didn’t ever have a room number on it we just tapped the door and it opened. The phone and key let us know it was our room😔. No balcony either
