The entire front desk staff at Sentral West Midtown has been consistently helpful and welcoming 24/7. Every interaction has been positive, and the team always goes out of their way to assist whenever needed. I especially want to highlight Angela, who has been amazing since day one. She is always prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful, and she consistently finds ways to make my stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. Her level of service truly stands out and is greatly appreciated.

Kaliff is so sweet! Always on it and my packages always get delivered in a timely manner! He brings such a warm and sweet presence to the building! I would rate him 10/10 stars if I could!

Graylon at the front desk went above and beyond to make my move-in seamless. After a last-minute Airbnb cancellation, he quickly helped me book here and made the process effortless. His professionalism and kindness instantly made me feel at home and even inspired me to look into applying for an apartment here. Outstanding customer service! Because of him, I not only had a great stay, but I also decided to look into applying for an apartment here and moving forward with signing a lease — that’s how much he made this place feel like home. Moving to a new city for work can be overwhelming, especially as a woman moving alone, but Graylon made me feel comfortable, welcome, and safe. I’ve relocated many times for my job, and this is by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

This is my got to Choice everytime I come to Atlanta I stayed 3 nights. Peaceful spacious and the best of that I’ve encountered staying at a hotel. I checked out and I recently noticed that I left my $35,000 ring and my $50,000 necklace is inside of the hotel. I called to the hotel panicking they assure me that everything is gonna be OK. They’re gonna go to the room and check the room. They went to the room and check the room. They call me back with great news. Thanks to Yesmeen & Graylon my items were return safe and sound!
