Hotel Phoenix Atlanta

Where do I begin. From the moment you arrive you are met with the most amazing staff and service, from them opening your doors to brining your bags to the room. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive. It was my birthday weekend and Management decorated my room and EVEN upgraded my room. I don’t think I can fully explain just how amazing this hotel and its staff are. I will be coming back very soon. If you are in Atlanta this should be your one and only choice for a hotel.

This was an absolutely exceptional hotel. Only 3 months since it’s opening, and every detail was on point. The staff was welcoming and attentive from every singly point during my stay. The room was beautiful, perfectly appointed with all of the basic needs, and even though it was cold during my visit, I still was able to enjoy the balcony and view. The food and drinks at the restaurant/bar were excellent and the music was an 80’s-90’s hip-hop low-fi, chill kind of vibe that brought me back to my college days. As we were in a conference of over 10,000 people, I was happy to be very close to the conference center, but removed enough from the main hotel craziness. I had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix Hotel in Atlanta. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The front desk staff were excellent—professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making the experience feel truly personalized.||The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and has a warm and stylish atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean, which made my stay even more comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal exceeded my expectations in both flavor and presentation.||The location is excellent, directly across from the stadium that will host FIFA events in 2026, making it incredibly convenient for future events.||Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, I could tell this place actually cares about guests. The lobby was spotless, the vibe was calm, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of—not outdated or beat up like some hotels get. The staff was the real standout. Everybody I talked to was friendly and actually helpful, not just pretending. If I needed something, they handled it fast without any hassle. The amenities were solid too. Wi-Fi worked great, the common areas were kept clean, and everything felt organized. It’s one of those hotels where you can tell they pay attention to the small details. We celebrated my son's birthday with a dinner with friends and family The restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious. Complaints to the chef we were completely satisfied with our meals. We had the privilege to meet the bar manager. She's done a great job setting up the area. The drinks were great the staff at the bar knew what they were doing The staff was so professional and patient with us. They didn't hurry us ,they let us have a slow and enjoyable time. Carla , thank you you were wonderful. The young man who seated us was so kind, ( we didn't get your name Thurs Jan 15th). It was one of the best times we've had out in Atlanta.
