Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta

Will visit again! Nice hotel

This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons property. As a Marriott loyalty member, I typically stay at Ritz-Carlton hotels, so I had high expectations. Overall, the property and room met those expectations, and the service at the bar was excellent. However, there were two aspects of my stay that were disappointing: 1. In-room dining quality: The food did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. While the fries were acceptable, the tomato soup tasted like canned tomato paste and lacked depth and flavor. 2. Service follow-through: On one evening, I ordered a meal via Uber Eats that arrived without cutlery. I contacted the hotel through the app to request cutlery and was told it would be sent to my room. Always great accommodations, food, and relaxing spa, but avoid the pool, particularly on the weekends! Apparently you can stay at the hotel and invite all of your kid’s friends to join you for a party at the pool. I have seen as many as 12 kids running, screaming and jumping in the hot tub, even while spa clients are trying to relax. I’ve been told that this happens regularly and that apparently the pool has become the new destination for children’s parties. The Four Seasons Atlanta is definitely a five star hotel, restaurant and spa and the perfect place to enjoy the best of Atlanta, just not at the pool.

My daughter and I spent 4 wonderful nights at the Four Seasons Atlanta and were impressed by the hospitality and service. The rooms are large and the beds and pillows were glorious and comfortable.||The service from all staff from the housekeeping, concierge and reception was first class and the staff are a credit to the Four Seasons hotel group.||There was nothing to complain about and we had a very enjoyable stay. Please ignore any negative comments as the hotel is superb.

I had the best 4 night stay here! I’m typically underwhelmed by hotels in the US, but the staff, service, and amenities here made my stay so special. No complaints the entire stay- which was especially great to come back to after a long work day! They would even ziptie my charging cables during turndown service which was such a nice small touch. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept on, the hotel bar and in-room dining were great!
