Ray was a great server! He went above and beyond to make our night really special! We had a bad day and his service turned our whole night around! We appreciate his customer service and hospitality! She was able to deescalate and not only come up with a resolution but also took care of us and did things she didn’t have too! That to me speaks volumes to a long term valued Marriott/Hilton member! So small room , bad way to talk to people in the reception, but clean and nice room

I really enjoyed my stay at The Wylie Hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep, and the room was spotless and well cared for. The staff truly stood out — everyone was above average in friendliness and went out of their way to be helpful. On top of that, the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d happily stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at The Wylie Hotel. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The property has such a super cute boutique feel that is stylish, unique, and welcoming. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Terry the bar manager was amazing and made the bar experience even more enjoyable, and Evita at the front desk was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The bar and restaurant were excellent with great food, drinks, and atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and we so enjoyed our stay at the Wylie Hotel Atlanta. From the Concierge to the valet, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Not to mention the fact that the Ponce City Market is located Practically Next door and so many other restaurant's within reach. Everything at the hotel was made to feel personal and beautiful. We went to a formal event and they made me feel so beautiful showering me with compliments and rushing to get the car door. From Champagne and chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival to the Latte in the restaurant when we left we enjoyed our experience and we will be back. Special thanks to the front desk staff. They were wonderful and are all hand pick for the job.
