Horrible. This place is not what we have come to expect as worldmark owners for decades. The website is not accurate in the description of the amenities. We booked a week there in February 2026 and were shocked at how bad the rooms and grounds were. Every worldmark i have ever stayed in has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and inside laundry. This unit did not have those basic appliances and it was not a studio. No dishwasher and i would have to wash dishes by hand all week. No oven...how am i supposed to make food? There was a teeny tiny toaster oven that you could toast one piece of toast at a time. No inside laundry. We were not told this in advance and it was not on their website. Only one small unattractive pool. One pool under renovation. The room was dark ...poor lighting
I recently stayed at WorldMark by Wyndham Plaza and found the experience to be a mixed bag. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The bed was comfortable, which made for restful nights, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The price I paid initially felt competitive and fair. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The carpet was noticeably dirty, and when I turned on the bathroom fan, dust or possibly rust fell from the vent—definitely not ideal. The TV was oddly positioned, making it awkward to watch from either the bed or the couch, and the absence of a coffee table made the living space feel incomplete. Overall, the room felt dated and in need of some attention. One particularly fru
The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable 😌. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Easy parking. The pool and hot tub area were really nice. Best of all the resort is dog friendly. 🐕
Great for feeling the Palm Springs vibe, golf, or day trips. Pool, hot tub very nice. Fitness room appreciated. Beds comfortable, ample room, and all essentials for kitchen available. Also, Pet friendly much appreciated
Positive: The pool was nice . lots of chairs and the pool was warmish could be a little warmer. Negative: The room smelled like bacon / the staff tried to help but we finally just got our own plug in air freshener. The rugs were in great need of a wash. I would suggest pulling out the carpet in installing vinyl plank
