Twin Palms Resort - A Gay Men's Resort

I am selective as to when to write a review, to do so only when there is something to report. And I do, about this exceptional property. It seems more and more difficult to find true hospitality, especially in the US, where efficiency and corporately trained professional "hospitality" has replaced the real thing. Twin Palms Resort is one of those gems, where kind, personal attention is given to every little detail. From booking confirmation, to pre-arrival reaching out, personal reception upon check-in, all the way through an amazing stay, it was a wonderful experience. The property is fresh, exceptionally maintained, comfortable and at a perfect location: quiet, yet close to where one wants to be in Palm Springs. Twin Palms Resort is quite special. The place is appointed very nicely from the common areas to the guest rooms. Everything is spotless and kept that way all day long. Housekeeping does a great job with freshining up rooms daily. Water pressure in shower is amazing and never have to worry about not enough hot water. If you are someone who enjoys a long hot shower, this is the place to be. The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Congenital breakfast daily is very nice and they also have lunch available at no additional charge.

I can’t believe how perfect everything was from breakfast each day, to custom ordered lunch, the bike rides, the pool, the hot tub, and the fire pit. Our room was perfect - the bed, the showers and everything in the room was wonderful including the welcome goodies. I have stayed at resorts in Key West, Punta Cana, and others and never walked away where there wasn’t at least one thing that could have been improved! You guys nailed it from start to finish. Thanks for sharing your beautiful facility and great employees with us – Max left an incredible first impression at check in. Ray was so nice each morning with our breakfast. I arrived with minimal expectations. Many hotels and resorts let go of the details. Twin Palms covered every detail you could imagine. Very friendly and accommodating. I forgot suncream, they had me covered until I could get to the store. It was off hours and I wanted a glass of wine before leaving for dinner, he offered me one though it wasn’t quite yet social hour. The property is well manicured and maintained with attention to every detail. The breakfast was very good. It is prepared in the morning and served through a window very efficiently at 0800. There is variety and quality. No corner is cut. Adam, Boomer and the rest of the staff all look out for your personal comfort proactively. Twin Palms is a magical place ! Our first time there, we spent 5 amazing days at the resort! The rooms are beautiful, the staff and service is 5 star!!!! If you want a truly relaxing environment where you can be yourself, wear clothes or not ( we did not and I loved being naked in the sun) and just unwind and relax, this is the place !! We booked a return visit for 10 days next year and it can’t come fast enough !!!!
