WorldMark Palm Springs

The resort is conveniently situated near many Palm Springs restaurants and attractions. Parking is adequate and on site. The master bedroom had the most uncomfortable bed I have ever encountered in a hotel or condo complex. I was thankful that we had a two bedroom and could use the twin beds in the other room. Hallway noise was very loud.

The resort was friendly staff was amazing. You could hear the people upstairs and in the halls very loudly it was like saying at a cheap motel 6. The decor was beautiful, the amenities were wonderful, the pool an hot tub very nice. We could hear the lady above us making their Thanksgiving diner and cleaning up until 2 in the morning even with her trying to walk softy.

Although location is great and staff was friendly, the rooms were very disappointing. I felt the accommodations were no better than a mediocre motel. The room layout was awkward and small for a 2 bedroom. The master had a queen bed and the second room had two twins. |The pictures on the website are not representative of the actual feel of the property. Don’t feel that this property was of the Worldmark standards.

My 3 teens loved the hotel and location. Great pool area, game area and walkability. However the walls were thin and we could hear everything from the hall. And the doors, they all slam shut when people go in or out. Early mornings were rough.

Alison at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. This resort was by far my favorite stay we have had in Palm Springs. Our suite was beautiful, the decor was so kitschy and fun and the amenities were fantastic. Conveniently located close to down down, shops and things to do, this was the perfect weekend getaway.
