WorldMark Estancia

We had a great stay at Estancia in Feb. 2026. We were invited to a presentation on expanding our ownership. It was very pleasant. Just want to say how much we appreciated the friendliness of the people in sales. Just a few names that we want to recognize: Ashton, Ryan, Louis, and George. They made the time worthwhile.

We had stayed at this resort several years back and wanted to come back again to enjoy the area and the resort. You couldn't ask for more caring staff and perfect accommodations. It's close to everything, Zion, Bryce, and Cedar Cliffs. A great stay for the family.

The rooms and quality is not half bad, but be very careful with World Mark. They look for every opportunity to upcharge you and take advantage. I was heading down for a business trip and we made a last minute reservation the night before, but there were some issues with the calendar that was giving us some problems. So we called first thing in the morning to try to get it resolved. They didn’t have the right days so we decided to cancel it so we could go find another location That’s when we found out that they were going to keep all of our credits our clean fee. So I asked for them to reinstate the reservation then, and they said no you forfeited your credits and your cleaning fee so you can’t stay there nor do you get a refund. The location in reference to Zion is great. St George has a lot to offer. Hotel and staff were good. Problems we had were no hot water for 2 days. Others in our building said there's was out and figured it was the whole building. Come to find out they hadn't turned on water heater(located behind locked 🔒 closet)and when they say "we put you in a quiet location for our 5 day stay(we are Wyndham owners) they put us on a corner room NEXT TO A CONSTRUCTION SITE!! Huge dump trucks and loaders working early mornings. Be aware there is construction going on next door.

My dad has the timeshare, but every now and then we can get in on it. The space is really nice. We had the hot tub and pool right out back, quick and easy access. But from what I hear, the timeshare component through worldmark is a devolving nightmare. Constantly upping fees, and my brother got scammed out of $200 from a "credit card protection" fee that he sure doesn't remember ever accepting. Timeshares just seem to suck in general ... But the rooms were great.
