Hampton Inn & Suites St. George SunRiver

This is my favorite hotel in the St. George area! The staff members are so nice! They are always friendly and helpful. I always have a lovely conversation with the person at the front desk who checks me in. The breakfast staff members are so sweet. I always have my kids with me, and my hands get rather full. They offer to help me and are so nice to my kids. The food is so good, and there's a great selection. We love the pool and hot tub! My kids really enjoy playing in them. Both are big and provide plenty of room for many guests to enjoy at one time. We also really like the gym. It has all the weights and machines my husband wants. The beds are comfy and the pillows are perfect. It's an excellent stay every time!

So I loved the hotel. It was nice and big room with a spacious bathroom. Very clean and the breakfast was top notch complete with a waffle bar! My only complaint was the bed. In a word, it sucked. My neck is in pain because the mattress was very hard. The couch in the room was weirdly comfortable though. Just switch that with the mattress and I would be happy.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The lobby and common areas were spotless and had that fresh, modern feel that instantly puts you at ease. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impressively clean. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the little touches — plenty of outlets, great lighting, and a well-kept bathroom — made the stay even better. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. The breakfast was another highlight: lots of variety, fresh options, and a dining area that never felt overcrowded. The pool and fitness center were also well-maintained, perfect for unwinding or keeping

My experience here was the best hotel experience I have had in the last 20+ years. The hotel was clean and well decorated as many are, but the staff is what made it such a great stay. I arrive at 9 pm. The check-in experience was efficient and personable. She even recommended some good late night eating options A different staff member was cleaning and she was nothing but kind and interacted with several guests in a great way. I needed some assistance after 11 and the experience with that staff was just as good. She was personable and helpful in so many ways.||The next day as I was eating the excellent breakfast, I overheard 2 of the staff that service breakfast interact with guests and provide excellent service and kindness. The checkout experience was just as smooth and seamless.|

The Hampton Inn Sun River provides the service of a much pricier hotel on many levels. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. On my recent stay I accidentally left a personal item in my room. Over the years I’ve had this happen a few times and with the exception of five star resorts, I have never had much luck getting things back. In this case, Cora went the extra mile and found my lost item and mailed it back to me. This was above and beyond my expectations for a Hampton Inn, I must say. This was in addition to providing extremely professional and courteous service during my stay as well. The free EV charging saved me a fast charger the next day and made my stay almost free.
