Best Western Plus Abbey Inn

Very nice hotel that meets all of my main requirements, i.e. clean, quiet, and convenient. Breakfast better than most Best Westerns with omelet station and different options each morning at the buffet. Hotel staff very nice. Room very comfortable.|The exercise room (which seemed to be rarely used) is too small for the hotel size and with very minimal equipment. Not well kept (cleaning bottle empty several days before I mentioned it, no sweat towels most days), and water dispenser not working several days.|Outdoor hot tub is covered and nice although one day water was cloudy. Another one, adjacent to the pool, was not heated beyond pool temperature.

This hotel is simply amazing. The facilities and breakfast service are both impeccable, especially the breakfast, which is incredibly delicious. This stay has made me very happy and is even better than some luxury hotel experiences.

I loved this room! I had been on a bus trip, traveling through Arizona and Utah, staying in a variety of different type of hotels and lodges, but this one was hands down, the best one! I liked the layout alot. I loved the mini kitchenette! It's so nice to have a sink that's not in the bathroom! The room was very comfortable and so was the bed. I loved the lighted mirror over the kitchenette. It had a dimming switch, so just the right amount of light could be cast into the room. The breakfast in the morning was great! Love the waffle maker. Great variety of choices for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Hope to come back through one day.

The room was pretty nice overall. The fridge didn’t get super cold, but the AC/heat worked great, and the bed was comfy. The main problem was how loud it was. It definitely needed better soundproofing. You could hear people talking in the hall, and being right next to the stairwell made it really noisy when people used the stairs. For $115 a night, I really wish it was quieter.

We stayed in the Executive King Suite for our anniversary. The room had some nice features, but for the price it felt a bit disappointing. The AC leaked onto the floor and the room got pretty muggy from the jacuzzi. Housekeeping only comes every other day, so we ended up wishing we had more fresh towels. I can understand every other day for the other rooms not a suite. The TV was large but you can’t cast your phone or use basic apps like YouTube, and the remote doesnt work from the bed. Also, we could hear the people above us walking around most of the night, the location of the suite was terrible it shouldn't share so many walls. Breakfast was great and the hotel itself is nice. I’d definitely stay here again—just not in this particular suite.
