Customer Reviews
From the welcome committee, including Kathleen, to the check-out process, everyone was pleasant, smiling, and attentive. With small issues that were fixed almost immediately, the whole stay was amazing. We were lucky with the weather, from being able to do some hiking to skiing. We couldn't ask for a better choice.
Update: The copy/paste response from the operators, with no genuine reply tells me they have zero interest in correcting the issues outlined in mine and other guest reviews. They’re just checking a box to wipe their hands of it. Really shows how little they value their owners. My wife is a long time Worldmark owner, and we have been to dozens of Worldmark locations. I'm really on the fence about this Worldmark. On one hand it's a great location. Conveniently located between Bend and Mt Bachelor, great amenities such as an ice rink, two good sized pools with hot tubs and an on-site restaurant. However, it's extremely frustrating knowing how much money we have dumped into ownership and seeing the lack of upkeep done with our investment. The past two times we have stayed here, there's been
My family and I stayed here and felt like we had time traveled to the past when resorts & hotels didn't have full kitchens or smart TVs. It was wildly inconvenient that we could not access our daily routines while on vacation, including a fridge to store our WEEKS worth of food, or our favorite wind-down movies and TV at night. When I'm on vacation I like to relax, cook, and watch a movie while it snows. We were barely able to cook since we had a minifridge more suitable for a college dorm room. We watched our choice of movies at night on our little tablet screen, unable to HDMI to the TV. The TV had live cable channels only, with limited choices and lots of commercials. We ALSO felt so pestered by the scheduling attempts the resort put out for us to attend their live presentation that we
Amazing service, ice skating, bar/restaurant, disc golf, mini golf, sauna, three hot tubs, three pools, and an exercise room. BBQ grill, the office provids the briquettes, and the great rooms. We love coming here; it's amazing, even when there is no snow. :)
Everything was great. The resort has many nice amenities and there is lots to do. I am only giving four stars because there isn't a decent restaurant where you could get a nice dinner. It only has a bar place so the meal menu is pretty basic.
