Positive: Clean! Negative: The hotel said that it had kitchen facilities. It did not, however, have things like a coffee pot plastic glasses in the kitchenette. No hot water in tub or stopper.

Best bang for your buck. It's clean and quiet, no bugs, helpful staff, great location, pet friendly. Actual kitchenettes! It has a nice little lake to walk your dogs and a 24 hr laundry that you scan-pay or use cash. I've stayed elsewhere at same price and not half the amenities. Glad I found it.

STAY AWAY!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We needed a place to stay for the wrestling championship and everything was booked besides this place. I read the reviews but thought we'd take the chance. Well EVERY bad review on here is VERY accurate! Smelled like smoke (both cigarettes and marijuana) upon walking in. Floors were NASTY! Do not walk on them without shoes on. They had not been swept or mopped since the place opened, if I had to guess. Blood was on the floor. The bathroom shower, we wore shoes in there as well. Ended up having to go to Walmart to buy towels because the office closes at 9:00 pm and no one was there to give us any when we got back the first night of the tournament. Whether you’re looking for an overnight stay, a weekly stay, or even longer, I highly recommend this place. Everyone’s experience is different, but honestly, it’s what you make it. Follow the rules, be respectful, and if anything comes up, just let the staff know — they really do their best to help. One thing I appreciate is that even after office hours, you can still reach a staff member on-site, which is rare these days. If you need assistance at night, just pick up the lobby phone and let it ring until the office phone stops. Once it stops, the call automatically forwards to the staff safety cellphone, and someone will answer to help you. They have their own guidelines to follow, but they absolutely try — whether you’re locked out or dealing with something else. I wish every place off

This place is a great value and provides more than you'd expect for being the lowest cost extended stay in Tulsa. The staff are absolutely great. The building is clean and secure. The rooms are better than some other places in town that charge more. To address the negative reviews, yes, you need to bring your own towels if you want more than two! They provide two towels, two washcloths, and a floor mat. This is a budget extended stay! One set of linens is provided, a blanket, and two pillows per bed. You will need to bring your own utensils and pots and pans and plates and cups if you are going to use the kitchenette. If you want Terrycloth robes and daily room service go to a Marriott and when you check in be sure to tell them to give you the $45/night rate 🤣🤣🤣 For the price, this place
