Brut Hotel

This hotel is so cute and cozy. The room size was great, beds were comfy & cozy, and the shower was fantastic. If you love plants, you will LOVE all of the plant features they have. Everything smelled so good. It was so nice to have a little coffee shop area as well as the restaurant on the roof. We will definitely be staying again if we come back to the area!

I did not use the hotel, just the restaurant, Soma. We did Thanksgiving there. $55 pp special. Food was barely lukewarm when brought to the table, it was meh, bland, Turkey leg to split with two people, was very dry, very little (If any) seasoning on anything. The mac-n-cheese was flavorless (it was good texture, but a bit dry, with no taste of cheese or other flavor at all). The best thing on the table was the cranberry spread for the single roll each person was provided. They charged $7 extra for a 2" slice of pie, I got key lime, and the crust was very burned looking/tasting, so I just ate the filling, which was good, but not worth the $ at all. Service was exceptional and attentive, though our server accidentally ran someone else's ticket on my card, and then this had to be corrected

I normally stay at the Ambassador Hotel but as luck would have it, a room wasn't available. I had heard some positive things about the Brut Hotel and thought I would give it a try. ||First impressions were not so good as the lobby is spartan and the hallways going to the rooms were quite shabby. Upon entering my room, I was thoroughly surprised. The room was immaculate, the decor modern and the concrete floors keep things bright and airy. Natural light coming in from the large windows was also very nice. you'll never feel claustrophobic in these rooms, though the window shades do a great job blocking morning light if you need to sleep in. Great stay! The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. We loved the aesthetic. Having kitchenettes in the standard rooms was also such a nice surprise and not something you see often. We were in and out for a wedding, so unfortunately didn’t get a chance to check out the spa or rooftop, but the service was excellent. Special shoutout to Taylor, Ta, and the housekeeping team. Every traveler's worst nightmare but I left a few items behind, and they were quick to locate, retrieve, and ship them back! Such a relief. Thank you so much!
