Check in was professional and the entrance and foyer was clean. Entering my room I found a clean bed, bath, and heat. Pics are attached. I never leave reviews, this needed a post. I am moving across the country, 1800 miles to go, and to find a clean and safe property was everything. Bonus for the thermostat and spacious room without carpet. Thank you. 😊

Room looked clean upon arrival but as I inspected more there was hair everywhere. On the floor, on the soaps, on the towels. There was food stain on the sheets that could have been removed if they were actually washed. I was disgusted honestly. There was also a green stain on my pillow... wont stay here again. ||The staff were great, though

I booked this room two months in advance and I appreciated the reminders of my upcoming stay. The deposit was cheaper than what I expected. Tony greeted me and checked us in, great agent right there. The room looked as it did in the photos. Great location and we felt safe. Very friendly people in Tulsa so if we are ever in town again we will stay here. Thank you all.

Upon checking in, we stood waiting at the front desk in excess of 5 minutes. That may not seem like very long but when you're disabled with a cane it seems like forever. Fake smile, faked upbeat & perky personality & the desk person was waaaaaay worse at 0445. The only elevator is at the FAR end of a hallway away from the desk. Again, zero thought went into design. Especially where handicapped are concerned. An accessible room was requested, twice, & both time there were none available. I'm in town for a hip replacement, do you think it's advisable for me to step up & over into a shower? Here's a thought. How about ALL rooms are handicapped accessible??
