I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise people to stay away from this hotel. It is honestly disrespectful that a place like this is allowed to operate. We booked a room for one night, and what should have been a simple stay turned into a nightmare. From the moment we entered, the smell was unbearable. The beds had hair all over them, the bathrooms were disgusting, the fridge was broken, and the floors were absurdly filthy. The only staff member on duty—a very helpful and courteous gentleman, I should say—tried to accommodate us by showing three different rooms. Unfortunately, each one was worse than the last. I have been staying at this hotel for awhile now and the staff is always kind and courteous! Housekeeping and the manager (Korrine) are always willing to help and do so with a smile. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure me and my family are comfortable. Not only are the staff great but it is ALWAYS clean amd smells nice which is always a plus when you are somewhere that has common areas for its guest.

This is the WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO! While there they changed general managers, needless to say she has no professional skills and is very rude to point of not even letting get dressed to enter the room, but to only reply with no Mam you can step aside or go to bathroom bc she forgot my room two wks ago prior for a room inspection! Which when I called corporate they HAD NO CLUE WHAT THE HECK I MEANT BY ROOM INSPECTION! And so how ever she pushed my door so hard that the lock that latches she busted it and tore the door up bc I didn’t get to a door bc I was in shower once and the second time I was bout to go shower and it pissed her off and she continued down the hall to another guest’s room knocking the door so hard and slamming their door! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WENT ABOVE CORPORATE, and I

I was only here to sleep after a long drive and checked in late, after the office doors locked. The after hour checkin procedure was quick, easy and the staff was very pleasant. The room and hotel overall was very clean and updated. I had my doubts before arriving, as it is an extended stay hotel, but everything was nice and worked in the room. They do not provide shampoo/conditioner but that is fine as I brought my own and never use the ones the hotels provide anyways. At checkout, the lady at the counter was very helpful in providing a few places I could go for breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The prices are excellent for the quality and comfort they offer. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything was well maintained. It’s definitely a great option if you’re looking for a good place to stay at a very reasonable price. I would especially like to thank Karina at the front desk for her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be coming back!
