Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Savannah - Pooler

We arrived around 8pm, as a stop on our way to Florida. The places offers ample and easy parking. Front desk staff was right there and check in was a breeze. The room is pretty basic, you have to request any type of silverware. There is no hair dryer or toiletries besides bar soap and shampoo. shower pressure is good, towels are not plush. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, we had a good night sleep. In the morning there are no bagels, or English muffins, its coffee and grab and go items like nutrigrain bars and coffee. Hotel is very close to restaurants and you are right in the outlet area. We would stay here again.

I was really happy with my stay here-the room was clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious, with a handy little kitchen area that made it easy to settle in like home. The bed was comfortable, the AC and shower worked exactly like they should after a long day on the road, and everything felt well kept. The staff is what really stood out, though; people like Tori, Michael, and the rest of the front desk team were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful any time I needed something. Being right off the highway with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by made it an easy and convenient stop, and the pet-friendly setup is a big bonus if you travel with animals.

Do not stay in this hotel .. The rooms are dirty and hallways stink. We got a room at the third floor and the elevator shutdown on us. Husband has to call the service desk to reset the elevator. The front desk person are friendly upon our Check in. The common areas are not clean and they only served bagged breakfast although the hot beverage section are free 24/7 I believe. They have a lot of laundry units and it is mobile app operated so it’s easy to track when your laundry are done. Our room has a hole and unfinished ceiling for fire detection. The electric panel is exposed with no concealment at all as pictured. Bathroom is not well stocked too(toilet paper are used, not enough tissue paper) and our room unfortunately smells like wet dog. Honestly, some people expect a 3-star hotel to feel like a 5-star one. Sure, the common areas could be cleaned a bit better, but for just a night it was more than enough. And bonus , it’s dog-friendly!
