WoodSpring Suites Sanford North I-4 Orlando Area

Very basic hotel. No perks! My room was cleaned once in a month long stay and I had to beg for that! I had to take out my trash, buy my own toilet paper, plates, cups, etc. Staff was friendly but never seemed to have answers to questions. Key cards had to be re-keyed multiple times. Location is next to a very busy WAWA. Lots of cars coming and going at all hours.

Positive: Location Negative: Yes- I paid for a king but needed a bottom floor because my daughter is special needs and they charged me an upgrade fee but gave me a queen bed.

My fiancé and daughter and I came here on business and chose this location because it was on the cheaper side, 8 minutes from his job and he had a long work assignment here. The good - It’s a great location right in the middle of Orlando and Daytona Beach so we had easy access to both. Wawa is right next door, Outback is on the other side of the parking lot and more very close. It’s cheap. It has all one needs in an extended stay; beds, fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher also. The bad - The building has this strong pungent smell I can’t describe. It literally made me want to puke, no exaggeration and I’m a mom so I’ve seen/smelled it all. I was charged a $100 deposit upon checking in that I was not aware of (likely because I booked through Expedia). Keep in mind that if you book th

Very basic extended stay. Floor was very dirty, hadn’t been mopped in a long time. Bed was like a camper mattress. Coffee wasn’t always available. Room had a smell. Not strong but a smell.

Would never stay there again. People hanging out on side of hotel with ski masks. I was checked in the forth floor. Both, my wife and myself are handicapped. The second day the elevator broke and had to use the stairs to come down with all the suitcases. I asked for help to bring my suitcases down, even willing to pay and they advised me they did not have anyone available. The hotel atmosphere looked rough to me. Feel free to book to this place at your own risk. As of today I have not been refunded from booking for checking out for not having a working elevator.
