Very fair pricing and great ownership. Phyllis and Dan are good people who care about the guys living here. Whether just looking for an affordable short term rental or a chance to get back on your feet, this is a good place. The guys are all cool and respectful of each other. The owners make sure the place is kept up and clean. Very appreciative of my time here.
Temporary? Long term? Can’t find a place? I’d suggest coming here. Hosts have great communication and very accommodating. Quiet neighborhood. Clean environment. And the best part that we all care about… VERY affordable and not many places like it. 10/10 and have already recommended this place to some friends. Enjoy!
Dan and Phyllyss do a great job at providing evrything need for a long or short stay. Safe place and quiet at night not a party house. Enjoyable Stay!!!!
Great apartment and specially if you're looking for something that's extremely affordable.
Owners are extremely friendly and they do a GREAT job of keeping the place up,and secure,this is a Clean,Safe,very affordable place to stay in order to stack your paper or get back on your feet,I highly recommend!!! No better place for the price and amenities.
