Accomodations were adequate for the needs I had. Location convenient to food, home improvement stores, and local highway system. The kitchen had a couple of maintenance issues- one of the stove eyes didn't work and i didn't complain about it and the freezer didn't freeze, but when i complained, they replaced the refrigerator/freezer and it worked great after that. The overall cleanliness was not fantastic. There were stains on the wall in the bathroom and near the bed, and the toilet needed to be cleaned when we checked in. Valerie - Friendly, present and provided exceptional customer service This suite was fantastic, the staff were wonderful and extremely accommodating. The rooms were cozy, affordable and convenient. I stayed for 2 weeks and had 0 issues with the property. Having a stove and basically a home away from home was really nice. If you’re a smoker you’ll definitely enjoy the 4th floor. Laundry is coin based and is only $2 per wash/dry.

If you’re looking for a wonderful extended day hotel, you need to book into Woodsrings in Gardner North Carolina. They are wonderful. I have been in my suite since July they are wonderful. They have wonderful staff wonderful maintenance wonderful desk, clerks, and Lord the housekeeping is great you need something you go to that desk or just pick up your phone and dial the office they will take care of you. They will make sure you have everything you need that is qualified at their attendance date hotel they have been wonderful to me and my family. I could not have asked for a better place to stay if I could give a five star to this hotel I would because it is wonderful. It’s been the best extended-stay hotel. Valerie is so kind and helpful at the front desk. When I ordered groceries she brought it up on a cart while I was working and said she didn't want anyone messing with my stuff. She goes out of her way to be kind and considerate. I never met Martha, but I was told she's in charge of housekeeping, and she did a fantastic job of cleaning the room and making the bed while we were out for a meeting this morning. They took our dirty towels and gave us new, fresh, ones free of charge. Another front desk worker the other day (I forgot his name... maybe Chris?) gave us replacement cards free of charge because apparently putting the card close to any electronics erases it so it doesn't work. My stay here was good until they hired the new lady. She will tell you one thing. Then lie about what was said. She did that several times. That's one thing i can't stand. Is a liar. But other then that the manager and the lady that works in the evening was very nice.
