Tru by Hilton Raleigh Garner

I loved my stay at Tru by Hilton in Garner! It was in a great location near so many shopping centers and restaurants. The general manager Maria was extra kind and very attentive during my stay as were all the staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back when passing through!

This stay is extremely comfortable and convenient. My experience with customer service has been top tier! Tina went above and beyond to handle my requests and needs. The rooms are clean and in order; the only thing they lack is a microwave which would have been handy for my week long stay.

We had a good stay at the hotel, and would stay there again if we were in North Carolina.

When I got to the room, the eletric blinds would not work inside the room. I called to the front desk and they said someone would come up. I waited nearly an hour for someone to show up and wasn't going to beg for basic customer service. The room was worn and not the best. I would definitely think twice before staying here again.

Great location near our office and excellent service. The rooms and the hotel as a whole were very clean. My only real issue was the lack of consistent hot water - the shower stayed hot for just a few minutes before cooling off completely within about 10 minutes. Not ideal after a long day.
