Horrible service at night everyone hates their job complaining about people but not listening to them but quick to call cops instead of hearing a person out . Quick to threaten but not listen . Horrible customer service. Rooms look like not worth 142.52 (150) . Seriously I've paid 150 for luxury but of course it's dirty jersey. Hate to say it . Tourists don't do it . New York has better service and im from mass and live in Rhode Island now says a whole lot . Im going to yelp next...

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are in very poor condition — old furniture, visible rust, and an overall feeling that the property is not properly maintained. The hallways were dirty, and the entire building feels run down. There were people smoking outside, groups gathering in the parking lot late at night, and constant noise under the windows. Throughout the night there was banging and loud activity, making it difficult to rest. I did not feel safe during my stay. The staff were not welcoming or friendly — no greeting, no professionalism, and no acknowledgment even when returning the keys. The only positive aspect is that there is parking available. Other than that, the experience was extremely disappointing.

Had to stay near airport because of missed United Airlines connection at Newark. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from EWR as the airport is unable to function due to continuing issues with air traffic control. ||Sketchy hotel. No coffee. No breakfast. Rooms like a hostel - completely devoid of character. No shampoo, and no shower gel. You can’t make this up. I’d actually score them zero if it was an option. ||Pay more, stay elsewhere and feel safer

Garbage service. The manager is the worst I have seen. She treats her cleaning staff like garbage. I saw her berating employee of hers because she couldn’t understand her. I am going to call Corporate and file a report. Unbelievable the disrespect. That hotel has an employee that recently got beat up and they didn’t tell us guests anything. I bet the manager didn’t tell there employees either. I will never ever stay at this location ever again. The only people that were worth the stay, were the cleaning staff. Not all of them either cause some of them would laugh and ene on she phone while the other older women worked. The bed sheets are dirty. They don’t have enough towels.

Avoid at all costs!! I got stuck in New Jersey during a layover after my flight was cancelled due to bad weather and to no one’s surprise all the hotels were booked. This place was the only one left with available rooms. I had no choice but to book because the next flight out wasn’t until two days later. It’s in a very sketchy area and the receptionist refused to let me check in because i had my cat with me. Apparently they allow dogs but not cats! And it didn’t mention that anywhere on their website!! Luckily two guests sitting in the lobby helped me find another dingy motel nearby at 3 AM. Don’t waste your money. The lobby smelled moldy and the customer service is awful. Considering there was a huge storm and it was freezing out the manager could’ve made an exception and let us stay!!
