Crown Inn

Extremely noisy from the cars and trucks on freeway. Can't sleep. Ugly property. Shower leaks. Trucks rumble through and it shakes the room. Floors are filthy. Small room. No coffee maker. Ugly dirty towels. Claustrophobic feeling in room. Staff rude and can't communicate in English. I complained about the filthy floors and they ignored me.

I’m not sure what I was expecting from a 2-star motel, but this was disappointing. The room was poorly cleaned, with stained sheets and towels, and there were no basic amenities (no hair dryer, etc.). We chose this place for our NYC trip because of the price, but it wasn’t really cheap considering the bad service and condition. The location is also inconvenient—20 minutes walking to the train station and about 50 minutes by train to Penn Station. I wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend it.

Please please please save your self the headache and do not book here. The rooms are disgusting, sheets were covered in stains. The first room they sent us to was never cleaned, so they sent us a to a second room that was just as disgusting. After being as polite as I could be they refused to give me a refund. I have never in my life seen a more disgusting hotel. Me and my wife had to throw all of our clothes away because of the fear of bed bugs. It’s a rip off and a scam that they are still aloud to be in business.

I did not stay here. I got a refund as soon as I checked in! The bathroom smelled of strong urine, there was things on the bed that the maid just didn't feel like removing. I only gave it a star so I could leave a comment. It was late and I had just gotten off work I had to drive and find another place to stay. Terrible !

I absolutely love this place, it's so nice and the couple that run it are so sweet and do a great job keeping the entire place clean and looking nice!!!! I definitely recommend this place, and the best part is they except pets here!!!!! GREAT STAY!!!!!! 😊
