im mirah the room i stayed in was ight the beds were comfy but i was too boujie to lay on it so i had to put my own sheet on the bed in oreder to sleep the air conditoner was not working my parents had to call people two times the fridge was not cold the micowave was not working ethier it was the worst do not recomend and also the toliet was clogged two times and was not working much only best time i had was with my family went there three or 4 times last one was last min the last trip i had to this hotel was horrible the frist time was good

Racism the women at the desk does not like black ppl my son gets to her the. 1st thing she’s screaming is I will kick you out not knowing his parent was on the phone she was so nasty so rudeee I then called the swan n told her about how she was speaking again so nasty so rude I told him don’t waste his money with them go to the Bentley or loop in they ain’t doing ppl anyway because of skin color

The suites are like actual apartments. They have a full kitchen, living room with sofa bed and big screen tv, king size bed with another tv, closets with ample space and a nice Jacuzzi. Would recommend

We had the one room kitchen suite for 6-8 weeks. I worked a lot during the day but staff was friendly, the place was quiet. They are doing updates to the rooms and I believe they are replacing roof. When I checked out the gentleman told me I checked out in time to miss all the noise from the new roof being put on. Everything you need is just down the road.

I stayed here for over a year I have seen and dealt with so much , the owner is absolutely amazing but the only problem is the staff they feel very entitled about anything they do I had an issue and needed to leave which was regarding my safety and the staff that was on two days ago said you been here 6 hours I’m not refunding anything you can call the police which is wild because I had no issue while I was staying I always paid always clean and when something happens I get that that’s extremely sad and stressful
