WoodSpring Suites Lake Jackson

We enjoyed our stay there, very quiet, very clean, the shower pressure was great, also I love how quickly it cooled down or warmed up in the suite we were in. Lane is very attentive & very quick about any requests I had or needed help with. He was very kind and professional. That man truly deserves a raise and promotion!

Rooms are amazing and are never dirty. I feel safe when I stay here. Staff is amazing but I truly appreciate Ms. Simone, the general manager. I had an issue and she fixed it expeditiously. She goes above and beyond that is why I am a regular customer and will continue to be.

The staff was friendly but the room and hallways smelled like a wet ashtray and mold. My wife and I could not take the smell. We booked for 4 nights and left the 2nd morning. When we checked out 3 days early the person at the front desk only asked what room we were in checked us out without even asking why we were leaving 3 nights early. Don't stay here unless you're nose blind!!!

Positive: It was nothing like Clarion Pointe Clute Negative: It didn’t supply shampoo or bodywash. Seems like those are normal in most places. Not the end of the world though

What a horrible place! If all you care about is cheap, I'd still recommend you stay somewhere else. The employee behind the desk was super - friendly, helpful, professional. Everything else. . . ugh. The entire building smelled of ashtray, mold, and a faint odor of marijuana. The room was huge. The bathroom was huge. The TV was way too tiny. The floors were sticky and stayed damp. My shoes made sticky noises as I walked across them. When I tried walking in just my socks, they were damp. I spilled some water near the bed and got a washcloth to wipe it up. The washcloth was brown and filthy from wiping the floor. Even though it's a suite, there were no dishes and the only ones you could use you had to buy. No Continental breakfast. No complimentary shampoo, just a single bar of soap. No ice
