The good: Hotel is new, rooms are very clean and up to date. One of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. Very convenient location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Super good soundproofing Good little gym and washers/driers. The bad: Loudest, worst microwaves I've ever seen. Things sound like a jet engine taking off and are somehow super weak still (really not sure where they got these things new, they're aggressively terrible). The water is disgusting. Worse than any hotel water I've ever had. You can taste it in the coffee they serve in the lobby as well. Fortunately HEB is close enough to go buy water. The mildly annoying: I've stayed here four or five times now. EVERY SINGLE shower door doesn't stay closed. You've got to jam a washcloth in the track to stop it from sliding open.

Excellent accommodations very friendly and helpful staff. I have no issues staying here again.

This is my first time staying at the Home2 Suites brand and I was pleasantly surprised. This property in Lake Jackson is fairly new and has a bright cheerful ambience. The check-in experience was wonderful. The suite layout makes it really spacious. There is no carpet! The engineered wood floor gives a very clean look. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The breakfast buffet was elaborate, with different kinds of meats and egg patties. Housekeeping is every other day, which was fine with me. The frequent check-in through text to make sure the stay was going okay gave a personal touch. Overall, this hotel was just very welcoming, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time! Rena at the Front Desk was exceptional! The rooms were very spacious! I know this is a new hotel, but it was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and very easy to find. I definitely will be staying here when I need to stay in this area. Thanks again for making my weekend very memorable. I haven’t been out much do to chemo and ya’ll made it extra special for me! Thanks again!

This is hotel was outstanding in every way. The entire place was spotless, the breakfast menu was more vast then expected and the room was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend checking any kitchen appliances in your room before settling in as it was unfortunate to discover the microwave was defective.
