WoodSpring Suites Indio - Coachella Valley

Wow! What an amazing hotel! Very nice on pricing, versus other hotels in the area. Easy to find off Interstate 10 at Jackson St. with lots of nearby dining options. Clean large room with full bath tub & shower, full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, big screen TV, Wi-Fi, and lots of great amenities (gym, laundromat). Friendly staff and sturdy strong bed is important for me because of my weight, had a good nights rest. I was pleasantly impressed! Thank you!

Part of Choice Hotels but apparently they do not do rewards.|Main entrance is on the south side facing the freeway but not too close.|Asked for a quiet top floor room facing away from the freeway, and got one! Good basic room for work. The room has two heating rings but no pots, pans, coffeemaker, utensils, or tissues.|No breakfast or lobby coffee.|Do yourself a favor, walk two minutes to the Sayulita Tap Room and Vallarta Supermarket for food and coffee! Or ten minutes to other places.|Connecting to Wi-Fi via my room number and name did not work; the front desk gave me a Wi-Fi code. About 10 Mbps free Wi-Fi speed.|Phone in the room did not work because it was plugged into an Ethernet port.|There is no do not disturb sign because rooms are cleaned every week.|I saw a group of people checki

Made this reservation last minute for Stagecoach and I’m happy with my stay. Not only did I get an amazing price, I was able to check in early. When I say early, I mean 10am instead of 3pm! Robert was amazing. Helped us out with no problem. I definitely recommend the WoodSpring Suites. I even met another group that had a last minute reservation and same thing. They had nothing but great things to say about their stay and service.

Walking in the room toilet was running. Used bathroom sink, not draining. Asked front desk for service. Maintenance temporarily fixed toilet. They shared did I push the drain stopper to the sink down ? Because then it pops up to drain. I did not know sinks were made this way. As if all guests would have this knowledge. Then all night room lights kept coming on. Had to get up and turn them off. I did not call front desk because I thought Maintenance would have to get into the room. Did not realize there are 2 light switches to make sure lights would not come on. Again did not realize to have the knowledge of how sensor lights operate. For the price I was willing to pay for a 1 night stay. I WAS NOT HAPPY.

Woodspring suites is definitely a great stay while visiting Coachella Valley! All suites, and affordable for sure. The front desk agents were extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you Robert for everything! This hotel might be the best bang for your buck in the whole area, I would suggest a stay here. Close to shopping, casinos,and downtown area. The hotel is pretty new, everything works great and was very comfortable!
