Desert Aire Resort

We initially stayed during Covid19 with our Motor Home. Although it was limited in what could be offered at that time, we enjoyed the stay so much we have returned each year to enjoy all the wonderful activities and meet the owners. It is a gem!

A friend of mine lives here. It's a very nice place most of the year. All the Canadian residents wave and get out and about. That is until summer...it is like a ghost town. They have activities: horseshoes, putting golf, pool. Lovely landscaping. The one thing I like the least is the gate is often malfunctioning... It can be difficult to get in. Oh it is super lose to the grounds where Coachellafest and Stagecoach are held, Traffic can be a bear three weeks a year.

We've been coming down from Oregon for 10 years to Desert Aire RV Resort. We love it here. Such a friendly place with loads of volunteer who enjoy putting together fun events for all to participate. We highly recommend DA for snowbirds who are looking for the best place to stay in the winter months.

Beautiful, owner, volunteer resort! 3 pools, 3 pickleball courts, 9 hole pitch and putt, 18 hole putting course, indoor shuffle lanes, 4 bocce lanes, huge recreation hall with stage with tons of planned activities. Great community spirit. :)

We were there for a craft fair and looked around. The grounds are very nice and well kept. The owners there are super nice and helpful. The park itself consists of both rv's and cute 400 sq. homes. Only draw back for my husband is there is no tennis.
