A perfect place for retired RV people, very nice community .. you’ll be VERY happy and feel so lucky that you live in this friendly neighborhood 👍❤️🙏 Everyone is so nice, your neighbors will happily stop by and help when they pass by and see that you need help 👍❤️🙏 Besides, beautiful landscape & outdoor living is a plus too 😉 Lots of activities .. from walking, biking, hiking, motorbiking, dune buggying, tennis, pickle ball, boccee ball !! The only thing they dont have is football 😁🤣 They even have a big dogpark 🦮🐕‍🦺🐕🐩🐶🐾🐾 Heaven on earth 🙏❤️👍😉🙂😍🥰😘

We went to look at properties and loved the resort. Immediately decided to buy a place. 8 months later we are back for the winter and really enjoying the resort. It is a very relaxing and friendly spot. Update. After 3 years at Desert Shores, we're still loving it here. We've made many friends and truly enjoy our time here.

NOT YOUR TYPICAL RV PARK...(it's much better!) Nestled in the close-knit neighborhood of two other great RV resorts, this places shines with beautiful and manicured common areas, lots and evem an adjacent dog park. Yes, it's a bit "schwanky" and even on the exclusive side, but for folks who like to RV in uber-nice places, this is it. Gated entrance, with a guard and security post 24/7. Your coach must meet certain age and aesthetic qualifications. See website for details. There are 4 "buddy pads" that rent for $100/night with full hookups. Availability is often 2-4 openings per night. No restaurant/bar onsite. However, the best eats available in the Coachella Valley are only minutes away. Desert Shores is a wonderful facility. We very much enjoyed your 7 years in residence. One of it's greatest assets is Darren Smith the on site real estate broker. Whether you are interested in buying or selling you will not find a more professional and capable person than Darren. His knowledge of the subdivision and it's amenities is excellent.

Awesome place with amazing amenities. Very safe place to stay with security guard. Very well nice kept landscaping. Lots of shopping in the area. Very convenient location. Definitely love the place .
