Great place Wide clean private concrete spaces, nice to not drag dirt into rv or have a bunch of sand blown in on a windy day. Very clean indeed Hedges divide spaces, very pleasant, some spots have morning or afternoon shade. Full hook up, good water. Nice pool, hot tub, exercise room. Pretty cool media room as well! Great customer service, staff are very attentive and visible around the resort. 6 star customer service

Shadow hills RV resort was one of the best experience I ever had for camping and traveling. Great atmosphere, great sites.|Very clean bathroom a very beautiful atmosphere, very nice, great customer service.Especially haley , the manager will recommend this resort to all my camping colleagues and will come back year after year.| Great camping sites.| With very much privacy. Great managers that come around and pick up the trash every day between 9 and 11. Make sure you are happy and having a good time. Always patrolling at night to make sure park is safe. And everybody feels welcome.

We travel full time for work and this was by far one of the best resorts we have stayed at. Having a covered spot was just icing on the cake. Great customer service, nice pool and hot tub! Loved the location and secure being a gated community!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s gated, has ponds and ducks you can feed, a gym, media room and a cute office shop where you can buy essentials or little souvenirs. Very dog friendly. You can’t be the price. We’ve stayed at other resorts and this one is our favorite. We have our own WiFi, which is a must because most resorts you have to pay to use theirs and it’s still awful, it was free here but we didn’t try it. Hailie and Elyse are so sweet and accommodating, really went out of their way to make our stay feel like we were family. We were invited to join in on pumpkin painting and it was honestly a ton of fun! We can’t wait to come back!

Not a great welcome at reception. It seemed to be all about what was not open and what we weren’t allowed to do. Very unhelpful (a shoulder shrug)when we asked about the bus to Indian wells tennis garden. Surely if she didn’t know she could have easily found out for us… we know there is one - line11 - all we needed to know was where to get it. I’m sure other guests would like to know especially as this rv park advertises its proximity to the tennis…😟
