Insalubrious and unsafe for human living. Booked a one-month stay and left immediately after seeing the room. Yellow, greasy water from all faucets. Multiple cockroaches ran out of the closet. Dirty floors. Unsanitary refrigerator. Police presence on property. Suspicious activity in the parking lot. Nothing like the photos online - at all!! I filmed everything but can only upload photos here. The room is filthy. Cancellation was confirmed at the front desk, yet my refund was never processed. An additional charge was made to my card, and I had to dispute it through my bank, which took a month to recover. The original charge is still owed. Do not stay here. Never.

great staff , clean location, vending machines available and laundry on property as well. Only bad thing was the pricing on the laundry faculty $3.50 to wash and dry. But very easy that it is on property

the rooms aren’t clean at all, the WATER is YELLOW, roaches roaming everywhere, stuff on the floors under beds, rooms just ugly asf overall is DISGUSTING AND OVERPRICED. never ever in my life coming back to this on my momma kid, on my grandma daughter, on my great grandmothers daughter, on my great great grandmothers daughter .. disappointing do better, worst hotel ever in my life

Never will return. Poor internet service. Had coaches. Smelt like weed. Had bad quality. To toilet paper. Sheets were stained. Only put two medium towels. Front desk was closed the whole time. Elevator got stuck for a moment. Stairs smelt like sweat. Stairs were dirty as if pets peed on the floor. Looked like people lived there. Don’t let the picture fool you!!

Customer service was amazing. Checked in with a young man in the morning and had an easy simple stay! The timing to get a room was quick and they even offered me different choices with rooms. Also when it came to towels and sheets they were on point and on time. I will be staying here again!
