WoodSpring Suites Fargo North Near NDSU

We have stayed at Woodspring Suites multiple times and have never been disappointed. This trip we had booked a double room as usual as our daughter that goes to NDSU would be staying with us. When we got to our room it was under renovations. So we went back down and were told they didn't have anymore doubles as there was the state wrestling tournament in town. They offered us 2 single rooms that were across the hall from each other. Not what we wanted. My husband asked if there were any other options and the clerk said there was one other room. It turned out to be a larger room with one bed and a love seat. He told us he would move the love seat to the end of bed and since it was a larger room he would bring in a bedframe and a brand new mattress. They went above and beyond for us. This h

I have stayed in other woodsprings around the country, this location in Fargo is the nicest I have been to. ||The lobby and hallways are always kept very clean and the front desk is attentive and helpful. The rooms are very nice and kitchen has 2 induction burners to cook on with a full size refrigerator. ||The people staying here seem to be well kept, business and contracted workers . You will not see people hanging out in the front smoking whatever that I have seen. ||Parking lot is very large and well lit and ample parking for work trucks as well as there is a Travel Center next door with semi-truck parking and a food court in the travel center. ||I would recommend this if you need to stay in Fargo extended time, and I am very picky. ||Laundry facility is 2.50 to wash a load and 2.5

Positive: It was quite Negative: The tv did not work. Went and told the front desk. They gave me new batteries for the remote. Still didn't work. So gave up at that point. Just went to sleep then.

During my stay at Woodspring Suites my belongings - including prescription medications were stolen from my room. I filed a police report about the incident. What has been most disappointing is the lack of response from management. It has now been over a week with no follow-up, communication, or attempt to address the situation. Losing medication is a serious matter, especially mental health medicine, and the silence from the staff has been concerning. I would strongly advise guests to take extra precautions with valuables and medication. I hope management improves both security and communication going forward. Guests safety and accountability should be a priority, and based on my experience, that was not demonstrated here.

UPDATE STILL NO CONTACT INFORMATION PROVIDED TO ME. COMING UP ON THREE WEEKS MY BELONGINGS WERE PACKED UP BY THE HOTEL WITHOUT NY PERMISSION; MOST THINGS WERE STOLEN. The Guest Relations Manager responded in a comment below, so thank you for that. However, I've tried to call several times and have left several messages and haven't heard anything back... I do not want to give away my phone number on here so please provide me an email and contact information for the hotel that I can discuss this with. Thank you.
