Courtyard by Marriott Fargo

We absolutely love this hotel! We stay there twice a year for 2-3 nights each time, as we're from Canada. We've been here more than ten times, for several nights at a time. The location is excellent, the view from the window is beautiful; we always have a view over the hospital, and in the morning there's a beautiful sunrise, and we always watch the sunset from the other side of the window, near the elevator. There's a bar, food, a beautiful and cozy lounge, and a summer veranda where you can eat and sit by the fireplace. My husband has Gold status, so when he books, we get the 4th floor. I'm just starting out, and this is the first time I've booked with my card here, they gave us the second floor, and there's a difference in the room cleaning—it was poorly cleaned, and the room smelled u

Outstanding service from the team there. Cindy was amazing especially! The hotel bar / bistro served great drinks and the bartender was friendly and fast. Huge shower, big tv, lots of extra pillows too. They do it right n Fargo

Positive: The room was light and bright, smelled clean and was very pretty. The lobby was nice and I love that it had a Starbucks. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. Negative: No free breakfast was a 👎🏼 The bed was uncomfortable & the pullout bed was terrible. The walls are very thin, we were woken up at 2am by our neighbors & was noisy till 4am (called front desk 3x).

This is a really nice hotel, good location, very spacious and clean. We had a suite that was fantastic! Super roomy and comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Comfy beds and plenty of storage. My only compliant: you cannot shut off the fan in the AC unit. It runs constantly for "air flow" per the front desk. It is LOUD and makes the room chilly. Hated that part. I had to put earplugs in when I slept because it was so loud. Other than that, it was nice. There is a bar, seating outside to lounge around, the ability to order breakfast or dinner in the lobby. VERY nice staff. My only hesitance to stay again is that dang loud fan!

I ended up staying here after a date that I travelled for stood me up. Check in was quick and easy. AAA discount made it a bit cheaper and thus my night a little better. The toom I had was a medium size, dominated by the king sized bed. I will say that in spite of the modest size, the interior design seemed well considered. The cabinetry was often multi-purpose. The sofa was decently sized but not so much that at least the remaining floor space crowded. The bathroom was good. A walk in shower with no door made for washing the grime and disappointment day off a surprisingly pleasant experience. The room had blackout curtains and I greatly appreciated the noon check out time. It allowed me to have a nice, slow morning. I must also mention that this has to be the cleanest hotels I have see
