Positive: "" Negative: Extremely unsatisfied! Our toilet broke, dishes left in the dishwasher, food left in the sink drain, not enough blankets or towels for a double room suite. The waterslide for the hotel broke so my grandchildren could not use it and the hot tub was cold!

What a lovely place. Everyone was so friendly. The room was spotless and felt new. Comfy beds and nice complimentary breakfast. The lobby & breakfast area was spacious and clean as well. Hot chocolate for the kids was a nice touch on the freezing cold morning! We’ll def stay again next time we travel through. Such a great value! Thank you for giving tired travelers a much needed rest!

Friendly staff. Clean room. Pool small but nice. I wish the coffee was better... We were on the top floor... very quiet. Breakfast was OK. The usual hotel food. My main concern is the room, bed, if its clean and if the bathroom was nice. and it was all great.

Excellent place! I live locally but after a fire at our apartment, the employees here were super helpful. They’re friendly and answered any and all questions, and made us feel at home. Rooms were always clean with no issues. The pool is nice, the hot tub is huge. There’s a slide, a mushroom, and some water jets that go about 2feet up. Pets are allowed and there are garbage cans with bags for pet waste all around the hotel, so that at least one is always in sight. Smoking areas are clearly marked and out of the way of nonsmokers while not being inconvenient if you do smoke. Definitely recommend for any occasion. Location is great. Right in the middle of Fargos shopping areas, a few blocks from Sanford Medical Center. Basically you get off the interstate and turn in to the parking lot.

Very unhappy with getting charged a different price versus when I booked. Unhappy about not being able to use the pool even after I told the front desk about the issues in the pool area. As a patio no guest I will never stay here again. Kids running till 10 pm, pool area unsafe for small kids because big kids don’t are over taking the pool doing, the kids even went down the slide one after another without looking at the bottom of the slide and hurt another child while their parents sat there drinking, multiple kids ran and fell smashing their head on the ground. Due to all of this we got to use the pool right before it closed at night because they finally went to their rooms. Sucks that I paid so much to use the pool and wasn’t able too.
